• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) applications. ServiceNow and Atlassian
• Collaborate with management to establish the business needs of ESM
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical experts and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder and supplier relationship management
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate collaboration between various internal departments
• Maintain close collaboration with Scrum Master
• Analyze and refine operational processes related to the services, aiming to enhance user experience, optimize workflows, and ensure scalability.
• Identify potential risks associated with services and implement proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring service continuity and compliance.
• Strive to establish procedures and continually improve them to attain efficiency
• Monitor the performance and capacity utilization of the services.
• Coordinate regular system maintenance, upgrades and releases
• Create and maintain process and configuration documentation for services in the portfolio
Required:
A bachelor’s degree is required, and a post-graduate degree or qualification is beneficial.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. (Including experience in managing resources, and facilitation with technical teams and stakeholders)
Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master
Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence; working knowledge of program/project management software
Competencies:
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills; Excellent communication skills; Excellent problem-solving and conflict management ability; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Proven ability to manage and execute projects, Experience in drafting and supporting client proposals, consulting skills beneficial
