Job Description

Benevity is searching for three Product Managers to join us in taking the next step in our journey to “infuse a culture of goodness in the world” by enhancing and expanding our best in class global corporate impact platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the experience uplift of our product throughout its lifecycle, defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, crafting epics and stories while working closely with engineering to deliver a winning product that is timely and high quality. This role will also involve working with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What you’ll do:

● Partner with a team of cross-functional individuals (around the globe) who will champion the delivery of valuable outcomes related to major initiatives for Benevity’s corporate giving solution

● Craft a development plan and create supporting resources for iterative development of features including epics and stories

● Become an expert within corporate giving space including grantmaking, sponsorships and in-kind donations.

● Assist in refining core positioning and messaging for the product

● In conjunction with product marketing, develop sales tools and collateral as part of our go to market practices

● Act as a leader within the company

Qualifications

What You will Bring:

● Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager

● Experience building SaaS products and taking them to market

● Knowledge of the philanthropy space and experience with non-profit organizations and/or philanthropic foundations

● A hunger for growth as a product manager and excellence within your team

● A humility to be accountable, approachable, and coachable
