Data Analyst Sales & Marketing

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and trends to increase online sales and improve customer experience. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize website performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue. You will also be responsible for monitoring website traffic, analyzing user behavior, and conducting market research to stay on top of industry trends. Successful candidates will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth through ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the Ecommerce industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Ecommerce performance, including conversion rates, sales, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on Ecommerce metrics, such as traffic, revenue, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Ecommerce platform is optimized for user experience and functionality.
• Identify issues that impact Ecommerce performance, such as site speed, checkout process, and mobile optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve Ecommerce performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years as Data Analyst in an Ecommerce or related company
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and/or Python
• Capacity to work with large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
