Job Description

We are currently looking for a Corporate Sustainability Project Manager to join our Corporate Sustainability team. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Taking full ownership of sustainability projects in one or multiple social and governance areas, including human rights, business conduct, value chain sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and more;
  • Working with cross-functional teams and applying a hands-on approach to managing social and governance impacts and mitigating risks;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of corporate sustainability policies that would establish best-in-class practices across the Group, ensuring compliance and alignment with highest sustainability standards;
  • Supporting the refinement of the Group's corporate sustainability processes and improvement of initiatives to meet or exceed established targets;
  • Cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement to drive successful project outcomes;
  • Contributing to high-quality sustainability and ESG disclosures.

Qualifications

  • Educational degree corresponding to the nature of this position;
  • At least 3 years of experience of working in sustainability, supply chain management, corporate social responsibility, or related field in business organisation;
  • Proven experience in managing projects with a high degree of autonomy and excellent skills to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;
  • Strong familiarity with relevant sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and in English, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation and external partners;
  • A keen eye for detail, constantly striving to improve your activities by seeking opportunities for digitization and automation.
