Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure. This role requires a strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation to ensure efficient deployment and operation of applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline software delivery processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps services, including repositories, build and release pipelines, and artifact management.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging Azure technologies and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Blob storage, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Front Door, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
