IT Business Analyst

Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team.

As an IT Business Analyst at iKnowHow, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and our talented team of developers to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
