Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a licensed adolescent clinical therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide virtual-first care services to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions. The ideal candidate must be passionate about reimagining pediatric health care and creating safe environments for children.

Skills

Evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy
Experience working with high-risk behavioral health populations
Strong communication, documentation, and diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

Assess and provide therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents via teletherapy
Conduct crisis assessments and safety planning for patients with severe mental illness
Collaborate with medical team, social workers, and families to provide behavioral health support
Document visits in electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field
Must be licensed to independently practice in TX (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
