RN, Engagement Specialist

Imagine Pediatrics is a dedicated pediatrician-led group focusing on improving healthcare for children with complex medical needs through innovative virtual-first services. They are looking for an Outreach Team RN to enhance patient and family engagement.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau

Responsibilities

Develop long-term relationships with pediatric offices and community partners
Conduct telephonic outreach to eligible families
Work with the Director of Network & Engagement for patient enrollment
Leverage reporting dashboards for outreach prioritization
Meet or exceed monthly engagement targets

Education

Bachelor’s in nursing from an accredited university
Compact Licensed RN or eligibility for state licensure
