Software Technical Services Engineer

impact.com is a leading partnership management platform looking for a Software Technical Services Engineer to join their Customer Engineering group in Santa Barbara. The role focuses on resolving technical issues for clients and improving technology.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Affiliate and Digital Marketing
SQL query writing and log analysis skills
Web technologies experience (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, REST APIs)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Manage and support existing client integrations
Identify and develop tools/reports for troubleshooting
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
Ownership of client technical issues from start to finish
Create technical help content for clients and teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths, or related field
