Principal Design Engineer, IC Layout

Impinj is a leading RAIN RFID provider and Internet of Things pioneer. We’re looking for a Principal Design Engineer to join our Layout Design Engineering group to enhance our RAIN RFID solutions.

Skills

Custom analog RF layout expertise
Proficiency in EDA tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Lead layout development and tape-in of power efficient ICs.
Collaborate with circuit designers to create tops down IC floorplans.
Conduct layout reviews and complete full chip activities.
Lead the tape-out process and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
