Software Engineering Intern, Bluetooth

Skills

Experience writing software using C, C++, Java, or Kotlin
Demonstrated experience working with Bluetooth radios
Ability to conceptualize, design, research, and test Bluetooth solutions
Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail
Interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Develop an Android Bluetooth Application to communicate with Impinj RFID Readers
Develop RFID Firmware to communicate with Android Application via Bluetooth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system level requirements related to Bluetooth use-cases
Test Bluetooth use-cases with real hardware using different topologies
Develop presentations to communicate the efficiency of different Bluetooth modes of operation

Education

Advanced degree in Software Engineering/Wireless Communications or another STEM field such as Computer or Electrical Engineering with a wireless focus
