Job Description

We are seeking eager, outcome-oriented Specialists to join our Implementation team. Implementation Specialists know the ins-and-outs of Govini products. In conjunction with the Implementation Lead, Specialists are responsible for supporting the success of their clients; via workflow development, problem solving, and user support. Implementation Specialists collaborate with Implementation Leads, Govini Mission Managers and Product team to capture market demands and user needs for inclusion into Govini’s offerings.

To succeed in this job, you must understand people, care about technology, and have business acumen. You are high-energy. You want to learn everything, particularly about the most pressing national security challenges confronting the nation and how data and machine-learning can help address them. You are also a natural at developing long-lasting relationships. Regardless of the topic at hand, you bring the conversation back to what matters for the end user, and prioritize resources to ensure goals and needs are met.

This role is located in our Arlington, VA office.

This role may require up to 50% travel.
