Implementation Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are looking for two dynamic, driven, and growth-oriented professionals to join our Operations Team. If you possess strong analytical skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, come join us.

• Take clients efficiently through the implementation process and provide support through launch
  
• Consult with clients through implementation, providing technical, testing, and troubleshooting support
  
• Create and analyze reports measuring acquisition, retention, and other performance metrics
  
• Develop and optimize processes for speed, quality, and efficiency
  
• Perform quality assurance testing of products and systems

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  
• 2-4 years of related experience preferred
