Overview:


Reporting to their local Team Lead, the Inbound Sales Executive’s responsibility is to field inbound leads for Lenus’ top coaches. As our coaches scale their online businesses, the Inbound Team will receive, review, and reach out to prospective clients on behalf of the coach. The Inbound Sales Executive will then explore the prospective client’s personal goals, ultimately signing clients who will be a great match for the coach they’ve identified.


Our International Sales Team consists of 50 employees today, with the team expecting significant growth in nine countries (and counting!). We are a team that never stands still and is continually evolving. With an energetic, entrepreneurial spirit, our team excels through collaboration and dedication to grow professionally and personally.


What you’ll do:

  • Inbound solicitation of warm leads- engaging with these prospects to communicate the value of our offerings
  • Listen to prospects needs, making appropriate recommendations to aid our partners/coaches in scaling to even greater heights
  • Drive team growth and meet goal by exchanging ideas, valuable tactics, and relevant industry information with your colleagues
  • Meet KPI expectations and establish commitments from clients through self-managed goal setting and exemplary customer service
  • Maintain database integrity to ensure accurate reporting for purposes of forecasting and pipeline development
  • Earn UNCAPPED commissions from the client commitments you secure and residual income on your client portfolio

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Self motivation and drive; the ability to plan and structure one’s own workload to not only meet but exceed KPIs
  • Ability to enthusiastically represent Lenus, our Coaches, and their services. (i.e. maintain a positive attitude at all times)
  • Ability to build rapport and identify prospect’s goals and objectives; ensuring the coach they’ve selected will be best suited to help them achieve these goals
  • Experience in a metrics-driven, inbound sales environment
