As a Clinical Quality Manager (MD, DO, or NP), directly reporting to our Associate Director, Clinical Quality. You'll oversee quality programs, audit care practices, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to improve outcomes. You'll also address quality concerns, respond to complaints, and share your team's impact with internal and external audiences.
This role is ideal for clinicians who excel at addressing challenges, data-driven decisions, and cross-team collaboration. If you're empathetic, proactive, and passionate about raising the bar for healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay:
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $149,450- 211,100 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $171,868- 242,770+ equity + benefits
Zone C: $186,813-263,880 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $194,285-274,430+ equity + benefits

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
