The Manager of Clinical Recruiting will spearhead our recruitment strategy, optimizing our talent acquisition processes to attract, engage, and retain top-tier clinical and behavioral health talent. This role requires a leader with a robust understanding of the virtual healthcare space, a proven track record in scaling high-performing teams, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing organization.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.

- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive, clinical talent acquisition strategy within our Clinical and Behavioral Health organizations.
- Team Management and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hires.
- Executive Communication Skills: Develop and deliver clear communication on strategies to key stakeholders. Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboard on team metrics, trends and market insights. Drive change and transformation efforts, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand their hiring needs and challenges. Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize staffing and succession planning.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Ensure our hiring strategies attract a diverse pool of candidates, supporting the company’s commitment to building an inclusive workplace.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement. Report on key recruitment metrics to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Talent Branding: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent branding strategy to increase awareness of our Clinical and Behavioral Health organizations.
Qualifications- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, where a significant portion has been within clinical and BH TA space.
- At least 4 years in a leadership role within a rapidly growing healthcare/telehealth organization.
- Experience working within a virtual healthcare company, designing complex staffing strategies to support hiring independent consultants, temporary employees and full time permanent employees.
- Proven track record of taking talent branding to the next level.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of persuasively articulating complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment metrics, generate actionable insights, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective talent branding strategies within the clinical or behavioral health sectors.
