Do you want to work with ambitious, mission-driven people who are fun to be around?As one of the fastest growth Health Tech startups, Incredible Health is ready to up-level our demand generation engine to accelerate this next phase of growth.Working hand in hand with our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Incredible Health’s B2B demand generation strategy to drive new business pipeline.This role is remote and reports to our Head of Sales.• About the roleIn this opportunity as the Demand Generation Leader, you will:• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy to increase brand visibility and drive consistent pipeline within Incredible Health’s total addressable market (U.S. health systems and ambulatory surgery centers)• Drive strategies across all aspects of the B2B marketing and sales funnel, achieving high quality engagement that converts into new pipeline and revenue• Have a unique opportunity to shape and execute a Demand Generation strategy, driving both high-level vision and hands-on implementation in collaboration with internal and external teams• Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI• Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Client Success, and Design to influence bold, resonating messaging and content in support of demand generation and product marketing.• Establish and execute a multi-channel content strategy for an audience of healthcare leaders (Website, LinkedIn, email marketing, events)• Produce high quality content and assets for sales, CS, and SDR teams• Oversee Incredible Health’s event and trade show strategy• Support quarterly PR campaigns to drive brand awarenessWhat You'll Need To Be Successful• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a revenue generating role, with at least 2 years experience in a Demand Generation marketing role. B2B Health Tech and startup experience preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll regularly write copy for marketing campaigns as well as communicate results across the org, from executives to sales reps• Willing to roll up your sleeves. We’re still a startup, and will expect you to wear multiple hats to get the job done• Mastery of modern digital marketing and sales technologies, including Salesforce CRM, Hubspot Marketing, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager• Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions• Demonstrated record of success in developing high-impact go-to-market collateral• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and ABM• Ability to navigate through ambiguity. You know where we need to go, but recognize it won’t always be a straight path to get there• Attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment• Experience working at in early stage SaaS environment (Series A-C) is a plus• Experience marketing a SaaS solution to health systems is an even bigger plusWhat You'll Need To Be Successful• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a revenue generating role, with at least 2 years experience in a Demand Generation marketing role.
