Incubation and Innovation Center - Managed Services Director

Our Solutioning Center of Excellence within the Managed Services Platform will provide you direct interaction with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute on priority growth initiatives within this fast-growing platform.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Understanding and working knowledge in managed services, including operations, delivery and solutioning;
  • Providing guidance and leadership to incubating Managed Services teams with the mobilization, stand up, and automation development stage;
  • Leading development and execution of practice staffing activities, including expansion of leadership, core staff, and guiding global delivery build out;
  • Advising our Sales Team in identifying and targeting key accounts and how to position our solutions to build customer value and drive revenue growth;
  • Leading solution planning and design efforts with the teams, collaborating with Business Development and Account Teams to drive sales in targeted accounts;
  • Providing input in the developing and executing of plans for brand development, client referrals, market awareness, and market positioning; and,
  • Offering hands-on support to sales strategy and forecast, campaigns, revenue, and capabilities, conducting cost / benefit modeling and building compelling business cases.
