Must be proficient in electrical , mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair. Electrical troubleshooting from 480v 3 phase to 24v control power. Must have experience with AC inverters (troubleshooting, programming). Must be be proficient with PLC troubleshooting. Able to read electrical schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting. Must be very good mechanical aptitude for all types of repairs and maintains equipment history and repair records. Work with production and quality assurance for machine repairs. Follow all GMP's at all times. Follow LOTO and safety rules at all times. Must be self motivated and can work without supervision. Keep up with assigned work orders and and make sure repairs are done in a timely manner. Use spare parts in a conservative manner (don't replace parts unnecessarily), don't order parts unnecessarily). Must be a team player, honest, and dependable. Proficient computer skills. Must have very good problem solving skills.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Must be able to lift 40/lbs., stand for long periods of time and walk for at least 30 minutes at a time. Will be exposed to temperatures from 115 to -50 degrees.
