WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
  • Desired Class Level: MBA
  • Desired majors: Business, Analytics, Data Science, Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing
  • Bonus Experience: previous experience at a retailer, eCommerce company, or consumer products company

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN:

  • You will…
    • Set up repeatable process for collecting/analyzing customer stories
    • Document customer stories on data sharing and other business use cases
      • Sit in the following meetings to document and record stories: Customer Calls, Account Plans, Opportunity SE Notes, COP discussions
    • Build a process for how we get Value Engineering, Field CTO, PMM, teams into the loop with customers to build out these stories in a sustainable way
    • Complete initial assessment of existing feedback with Field CTO, Industry GTM team, Product Marketing, Value Engineering, etc

POSSIBLE TEAMS / WORK FOCUS AREAS :

(IF APPLICABLE)
  • You will work directly with the Industry, Field CTO, and Product team to understand new capabilities
  • You will develop viewpoints on retail-specific use cases where new capabilities add value
  • You will coordinate with product marketing to develop talk tracks
  • You will review existing account data to identify account teams to prioritize for enablement


The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $24-$40 per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; flexible spending & health savings account; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
