Develop and execute investment strategies focused on event-driven opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sell-side Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Access, or buy-side investment analysis within event-driven strategies or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building relationships with senior industry professionals
Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and critical thinking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, financial modeling software)
Proactive attitude with a keen interest in capital markets and corporate finance
