Payroll Tax Coordinator

Strongpoint Partners is seeking a Payroll Tax Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of 401(k) retirement plan administration experience and knowledge of payroll tax processes.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
Experience with Relius and Pension Pal/Pro software
Strong math, accounting, and organizational skills
Strong MS Office experience, especially Excel and Word

Responsibilities

Set up new tax accounts for clients in payroll system
Communicate with tax agencies to resolve tax issues
Process monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings
Assist with maintaining taxes in the payroll system
Respond to client payroll tax questions

Education

ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred
