INflow is seeking a Hardware Technician to join our team! Duties
  • Provide system level support, to include configure, integrate, test, install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair for Plain Old Telephone Systems (POTS) voicemail and telephone units
  • Provision, configure, integrate, test, install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair (system level) enterprise VOIP phone systems including VOIP phone units, voicemail, and the Call Manager System
  • Provision, configure, integrate, test, install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair (system level) Video Teleconferencing Equipment (Currently Cisco Telepresence devices)
  • Assist in the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
  • Develop hardware installation schedules. Mobilizes installation team
  • Direct and leads preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at each site
  • Prepare site installation and test reports; Coordinate post installation operations and maintenance support.


Requirements
  • Minimum education and experience level: High School/GED with seven (7) years of experience.
  • Equivalent education and experience: Associate’s degree and five (5) years of experience.
  • TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph.
