Influential is seeking an Associate, Growth, to play a pivotal role in supporting the operations and logistics of the Growth team and Influential sales efforts. We seek an ambitious individual driven to succeed and eager to tackle the challenges of a fast-paced and always-changing environment. The Associate, Growth will be a proactive self-starter, adept at independent problem-solving, who excels at organization and works well in team environments. They must possess the ability to think quickly on their feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and juggle multiple priorities.
Experience: At least one full year of experience in a related role, preferably in a fast-paced, agency-like environment. This experience can be full-time or from internships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Growth Support
• Support, facilitate, and manage logistical aspects of Growth-led sales opportunities/pitches.
• Source and organize pitch theater to ensure seamless presentations.
• Coordinate with catering services to provide refreshments and meals for clients and team members.
• Secure and set up appropriate working spaces with necessary technology and supplies, including AV equipment, seating arrangements, and presentation materials.
• Support efforts to educate the team on client business and meeting attendees by preparing detailed client backgrounders, and creating meeting attendee bios.
• Support building necessary Sales materials, such as meeting agendas, presentation decks, and collateral.
• Provide on-site support during sales opportunity meetings/pitches, handling any last-minute changes or needs.
• Assist in post-meeting follow-ups, including summarizing key takeaways, and next steps.
Marketing & Event Coordination:
• Assist with planning and organizing company marketing-led and growth-focused events, including lunch-and-learns, partner days, workshops, and networking opportunities such as NewFronts, ShopTalk, CES, and other industry conferences.
• Assist in creating and distributing event promotional materials, including invitations, brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Support in tracking event RSVPs, managing guest lists, and following up with attendees post-event.
• Provide on-the-ground logistical support for key events by handling logistics, including supporting the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all elements are in place, from signage and seating to AV equipment and displays.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, guest speakers, and VIP attendees, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Maintain the company swag inventory, oversee the ordering process and manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ad Hoc Administration:
• Support the implementation of innovative solutions and processes to streamline logistical operations and improve the overall process of the Growth team.
• Support the other Growth-related projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Stay updated on the creator marketing landscape and conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the areas that matter most to the Growth team to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Assist with Growth team expenses and prepare T&E reports as needed.
• Taking meeting notes and sharing documents.
Salary range:
$55,000 - $65,000
