The Role

We are seeking a creative, collaborative Senior Web Product Designer to join as a key member of our Digital Experience & Innovation team. As Influur refines and grows its product offerings, your contributions will be a crucial part of how we evolve our enterprise and B2B products to become the world’s largest professional community for influencers. This position will report to our Head of Digital Experience & Innovation within our Product organization, which also includes our Product Management and Data teams. The role will be fully remote, with the possibility of travel once or twice per year.

• Own the end-to-end design process, from understanding the core user challenge to handing off well-crafted and beautiful UI to our developers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces and define a range of creative and innovative solutions.
• Explore and refine your design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Work with product managers to clearly communicate requirements to tech and data team members.
• Help define success metrics that ensure design solutions are delivering value to our customers while also considering business needs and constraints.
• Collaborate with teams such as marketing, sales, and leadership to implement our brand and design system across all digital communications channels.

• You have 5+ years experience as a product designer creating responsive web-based software solutions.
• You excel in complex problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process.
• You have experience building and adapting design systems for complex web-based products in Figma.
• You explore multiple design variations when solving problems, and can explain the benefits and drawbacks of different approaches in a persuasive, eloquent manner.
• You leverage user experience, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design to create effective solutions that consider all aspects of the user journey. You’re a great facilitator, collaborating with people across functions to synthesize complex information and dream up elegant and innovative solutions.
• You value high-quality and well-crafted visual design. You are obsessed with the details. You can speak to the importance of balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
• You are creative, curious, and humble. Previous experience working in marketing, social media, FinTech, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
