As creative director, you will work with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive the strategy of the design vision and deliver exceptional, break-through experiences for our prospects, customers, partners, and employees. You will guide and oversee a dedicated team of designers to establish brand guidelines, envision innovative solutions and collaborate with creative fulfillment and... video teams to execute the brand vision at scale. You are a proven, passionate storyteller with the ability to identify and convey value. You can simplify complex ideas, humanize technology, and weave the interconnectedness of design from our team, across Infor and to our customers. You must have proven experience working with B2B technology brands --ERP systems and enterprise software companies are ideal. It is essential that you develop a quick understanding of Infor's business, it's market strategy and differentiators, and how design supports Infor business goals in marketing, sales, and product across the customer and employee lifecycle. Your charter will be to align closely with executive stakeholders and partners throughout the company to ensure synchronization, support, and accountability for clear road maps that ensure growth for digital, web, visual, content, video, and sales tools to best-in-class in our sector. Building, fostering, and growing the Infor brand through:
Creative strategy leadership across teams ensuring cohesion in vision and goals Oversight of brand design team, and their deliverables, enabling them to produce highest-fidelity work product Accountability for alignment and implementation of goals and vision Building strategy roadmaps, gaining consensus and buy-in from executive leadership and direct reports Presenting pitches, evangelizing design thinking and leadership at the core of the business Partnering with corporate stakeholders in planning and implementing best-in-class tools and processes What You Will Need:

Portfolio or visual examples of successful brand and experience projects you've led Bachelor's advertising, design, or comparable work experience demonstrating related technical knowledge 10
years of experience in web/UI design and creative design 7
years of proven experience managing organizational and strategic functions in a creative industry Demonstrated understanding of creative disciplines and business operations Understanding of business enterprise systems and companies. Strategic thinker, passionate about developing meaningful experiences Obsessed with delivering results, that are data-driven and overdeliver on client satisfaction Commitment to mentoring and inspiring your team Ability to deliver rapidly within a lean process and alongside multiple stakeholders Exceptional communication skills; can interact with every level in the organization At home in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, flexible and easily adapts to change What Will Put You Ahead? Qualifications:
Master's degree in business, management, and/or creative leadership Working in an agile development process Change management experience
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
