Job Description

Sales Account Executive - ISSA Show North America

You'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and exploring new sectors within the commercial, industrial, and residential cleaning markets while representing the world’s leading brand. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Sell across various products and revenue streams, aiming to exceed revenue targets with combination of existing business and new business acquisitions.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Work with the Sales Manager and team to create and implement effective sales strategies. You'll craft engaging client tactics, deliver impactful presentations, and design customized packages that align with market trends.
  • Generate Leads: Proactively pursue new business opportunities through customer insights, networking, industry events, and market analysis.
  • Innovate: Contribute to and embrace new sales initiatives and programs designed to capture diverse demographics based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with Marketing teams to generate quality leads and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
  • Nurture Customer Relationships: Grow the spend of existing customers in your territory year-over-year.
  • Negotiate Effectively: Handle customer objections proactively and secure successful sales outcomes through skillful negotiation.
  • Team Player: Work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams on new key customers and floor placement strategies.
  • Manage Data: Keep accurate records of your sales pipeline, activities, and customer information in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably in trade shows or conferences
  • Proven ability to grow revenue from existing and new accounts
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Skill in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Effective at addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for customer data management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
  • Capable of navigating internal processes to secure support and resources
  • Strong collaborator, able to build relationships with exhibitors and team members
  • Eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends, products, and news
  • Open to occasional travel (10-20%) as needed for the role

Additional Information:

  • Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid)
  • Salary: $55,000 to $65,000, plus commission.
