Working in the Infosec/CISO team as a Business Analyst you will be executing Netskope's internal processes to allow Security reviews to be processed for all projects and aiding in the easy interaction between the Information Security officers and the Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Task allocation for Information Security officers (ISO)
• Communicate and Coordinate with Project Managers and Development teams
• Organise and monitor Infosec projects, ensuring all deliverables are received and tracked
• Assigning ISO in project management systems, PTS, Planview and JIRA with resource allocation
• Risk control for project milestones and deliverables
• Metrics – Tracking and creation – Status reports
• Coordination and tracking of Infosec admin projects
• Control of multiple site documentation library – Access for users
• Risk identification and escalation to management
• Daily project tracking updates – RRP, CSI, Planview/PTS, JIRA
• Application security reviews
• Support ISR review processes

Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience
• Excel-Pivot Tables-Pivot Charts-scripting/macros, MS Access-scripting/macros
• Word, Outlook, Power Point, Cognos, JIRA
• Familiar with project management processes and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail
• Creating and analysing metrics. Allocating projects to ISOs
• Information Security knowledge a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
