Duration: 5+ Months Location: Pittsburgh, PA Hybrid Position (3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote) As a HR Representative you will have: • Assist with client calls, review requests via ticketing systems, review queries, updating personal information/employment details, research as needed. • Team player, good commination skills, good time management skills. • Good customer service skills - able to navigate challenging conversations. • Call center or client service background strongly preferred. • Previous HR background is strongly preferred. • Team's SLA is responding to tickets within 24 hrs. • Bachelor's degree relevant to HR is preferred. • 2 years in HR role in lieu of degree. • HM will be looking for customer service background, HR background. • Training will be provided.
