Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will contact company-generated leads to gather information before connecting them to a sales representative. You will develop your communication, teamwork, and professional skills while providing exceptional experiences for potential customers.

Qualifications:

Energy and Dynamic: You work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment and are quick to provide excellent service and first-contact experiences with customers

Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can connect with others easily

Bonus: You have previous experience providing customer service via phone and are familiar with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What to Expect:

You will be the first line of contact for new customers and gather information from quality leads

You will organize scheduled calls and manage various methods of contact while maintaining commitments with customers

You will be responsible for all leads that the company purchases and provides

You will assist customers in receiving and scheduling additional services needed to resolve their concerns
