Inside Sales Assistant

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will contact company-generated leads to gather information before connecting them to a sales representative. You will develop your communication, teamwork, and professional skills while providing exceptional experiences for potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Energy and Dynamic: You work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment and are quick to provide excellent service and first-contact experiences with customers
• Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can connect with others easily
• Bonus: You have previous experience providing customer service via phone and are familiar with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What to Expect:

• You will be the first line of contact for new customers and gather information from quality leads
• You will organize scheduled calls and manage various methods of contact while maintaining commitments with customers
• You will be responsible for all leads that the company purchases and provides
• You will assist customers in receiving and scheduling additional services needed to resolve their concerns
• You will communicate with leads and potential customers via phone, email, and text message
