Job brief

This is a real-world, start up experience you won’t get anywhere else - working in a fast paced dynamic startup world focusing on the medical supply space. The Inside Sales Manager role is responsible for leading a professional team of Inside Sales Reps who sell medical and surgical products to prospective and existing customers such as doctor's offices, healthcare facilities, ambulance services etc. Driving and coaching sales through objectives is the top priority in this role. Using situational leadership skills, this manager will coach and develop team members of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effectively managing team performance and driving accountability to achieve or exceed sales and operational targets
  • Accountable for ongoing department strategy and initiatives
  • Sales Reporting: Identifying strengths and opportunities for growth
  • Sales execution and accountability of his/her team
  • Work independently with minimal oversight

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a start-up environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
  • You are passionate about helping others and great at building and maintaining relationships
  • You are self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Must be self-motivated, passionate, coachable, relentlessly resourceful, resilient, and able to multitask and execute
  • Highly Organized
  • Ability to project manage and handle multiple tasks at different stages
  • Proactive abilities/ someone who takes initiative and ownership
  • Proven track record of success in previous sales enablement roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead through influence
