Logistics Analyst

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Provide material updates and resolve system grief from various Suppliers to complete the manufacturing of ENGINES, and Specialty Products in the Griffin facility.

Typical Day:

• Monitor Supplier Shipments, resolve MRP System grief, and collaborate with Suppliers to meet Material Shipments.

Interaction with the team:

• Work with business partners - Warehouse, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
• Attend meetings as needed with the internal Team as well as Business Partners.

Work environment:

• Open office setting, business casual dress.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of related experience required.
• Associate's Degree desired.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Computer Skills.
• Microsoft Office – EXCEL, Power BI.
• Advanced Problem Solving – able to “think outside the box”.
• Ability to work with multiple business partners to resolve Material Issues.
• Ability to follow Standard Work

Soft Skills:

• Effective communication, Personal accountability, and Negotiation skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $16.93 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 4 years (Preferred)
• Logistics: 4 years (Preferred)
• Materials handling: 3 years (Preferred)
• Power BI: 4 years (Preferred)
• Supplier management: 4 years (Preferred)
