Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for a proven winner who has unstoppable energy and previous experience as an Inside Sales Manager. Must be highly enthusiastic, results oriented, and motivated.

The role will focus on managing an inside sales team.

Our Inside Sales Representatives sell online and print advertising to local, regional and national companies of all sizes throughout the U.S. We sell in USA TODAY Special Editions and on behalf of hundreds of professional and collegiate sports team in the MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and NCAA. Expectation is to develop new business and grow existing accounts.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Outstanding leadership skills with a proven success working within a team to achieve goals

· Outgoing and personable

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent management and supervisory skills. Multi-tasking is a must!

· Organized attention to detail

· Ability to coach and mentor sales representatives

· Previous experience in a supervisory sales role preferred

Day to Day role of Inside Sales Manager:

· Hiring, mentoring, and developing team of salespeople
