In this role, you will act as the primary influencer to internal and external stakeholders making sure that we are maximizing our current sales relationships, servicing needs and providing stellar sales support. You also thrive in uncovering new opportunities, untapped challenges or portfolios of clients. You look to Logitech products and services as a means to uplevel the way others work, create and thrive.

For this role, we proudly support remote work. Limited travel is expected.

  • As the primary interface between Logitech and customers, you will build lasting relationships that extend to being considered their go-to technology partner for our categories and products.

  • Define, implement, and refine scalable and efficient ways to maximize profitable growth opportunities and share in all of Logitech’s categories.

  • Assort and launch all appropriate categories and products.

  • Execute meaningfully, promptly, accurately, and reliably. You are the ‘gold-standard” vendor and business partner externally and internally.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sell through, shipment, profit objectives.

  • Plan, present, and implement process improvement, internally and externally, always open-to and driving opportunities for improvement or enhancement.

  • Partner, with, and leverage all necessary internal business partners to maximize Logitech’s relationship with outlined customers.

  • Manage all content, collateral and pricing on outlined customers retail and dotcom properties.

  • Co/build (in partnership with manager), manage, and own the business, to include:

    • Yearly and quarterly revenue, POS, marketing, share, and expense plans to achieve/exceed targets; includes weekly progress updates.

    • Long-term category and partnership vision, acting and delivering as category captains, positioning Logitech favorably in the market, and outlined customer favorably in the market.

    • Internal/external Quarterly and Annual business reviews, including annual planning sessions with Logi product and marketing teams.

    • Working cooperatively and harmoniously with global and regional Logitech matrixed resources (marketing and product marketing teams, finance, sales operations, supply chain, etc) learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate.

  • Drive and implement harmonious cross-channel communication and execution that enhances relationships or our customers.

  • Manage short and mid-term product, promotional, marketing, and expense forecasting, accrual, management, maximization

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • A record of success in national retail channels, preferably CE, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business and character objectives.

  • National retail sales experience preferred.

  • Proven drive and will-to-win balanced with appropriate humility.

  • Strong character. An individual who demands the very best of themselves and those around them and is driven to always find ways to improve. Does the right thing.

  • The ability to work independently, while also appropriately leveraging and synthesizing internal and expertise and resources, and working as a part of a broader team.

  • Experience with solution-based approach to solving customer requirements and an understanding of complex short and long-term project and sales cycles.

  • Ability to balance frequently challenging short-term requirements and objectives with long-term initiatives and strategies. Plan to and always manage expectations accordingly, internally/externally, to help facilitate this objective.

  • Ability to build consensus throughout multiple levels of organizations internally and externally and be adept at developing relationships at all levels.

  • Collaborate around and stand up for requirements internally and externally, balanced with an ability to embrace and maximize conclusions different than your position

  • Strong written and verbal communications including presentation skills.

  • Advanced computer skills. Willing to embrace learning and adopting these skills as necessary to fulfill job requirements.

This position offers an annual OTE (on target earnings) typically between $ 77K and $ 177K, depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
