Automotive Parts Coordinator

Position: Automotive Parts CoordinatorLocation: On Site Mew Smyrna Beach, FKPay Rate: $24-$26 Hourly Based On Experience with 10% Annual BonusLooking to HIRE RIGHT AWAY!!Must Haves:• 2+ Years of experience working with parts and inventory withing an automotive repair facility or dealership (Ex. Service Advisor, Parts Specialist,etc.)• Strong computer skills with the ability to update parts and inventory.• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skillsDay to Day:• Scheduling of equipment repairs, scheduled maintenance to provide maximum availability and contractor maintenance.• Maintain warehouse inventories at agreed upon levels of performance based upon best practice and negotiating lowest price.• Maintain equipment records and files to in compliance with local and federal governing agencies.• Track and flag repair orders for warranty claims, Process warranty submittals and follow up on payments.• Coordinate internal customer needs for spare parts in conjunction with planned preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.• Maintain SAP integrity and system intelligence so that data input is consistent, of high quality and accurate.• Ensures spare parts and other resources are delivered to perspective plants for the execution of maintenance work and charged to workorders.• Liaison with coordinators at other locations on a regular basis to ensure that a common approach to warehousing and procurement activities is achieved.
