Benefits Specialist

Insight Global is assisting one of our clients in identifying individuals that are looking for a great way to start their career. They are looking to hire individuals to start in their Inbound member benefits center answering questions about the union member's benefits. These individuals will be given a 10 week paid training course in order to teach them everything they need to know about the... role. These individuals will also have the opportunity later on in their career to advance into other roles within the company and move vertically to build themselves professionally with skills they would like to learn such as accounting, training, or speaking about other in-depth services that the client offers. These individuals will also be offered the same union benefits that their members get as well. Required Skills and Experience • 1+ year of experience in an inbound call center/receptionist/benefits specialist environment • Ability to work on-site 4 days a week and a remote day Saturday • Experience in a professional office setting • Associates Degree or Higher Plusses • Experience working with union or employee Benefits The schedule will be Monday through Friday and the shift can be any 8 hour period between 8 am and 7 pm EST. This induvial would only work 7 hours during the day and have 1 hour for lunch. The salary would be $50,926 a year plus Union Benefits. There are opportunities for growth within the company in order to increase salary in the future
