Insight Global is seeking Call Center Associates for one of our clients in the St. Louis, MO area. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the revenue cycle processes to ensure efficient and accurate billing, collections, and reimbursement. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include analyzing revenue cycle data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; developing and implementing strategies to optimize billing, collections, and reimbursement processes. This position will be handling inbound and outbound calls, completing roughly 65 tasks per day within an office schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM (with a possible shift of 7 AM to 4 PM); and working primarily with workers' compensation matters.Required skills and experience:• 2+ years of customer service experience in an office or call center environment• Prior experience working with insurance companies, hospitals, or in revenue cycle management• Experience using Microsoft OfficeThis position is a 3 month contract with extensions and permanent conversion possible.
