Program Manager, Voice of Customer, CX

Palmetto is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program Manager to join their Customer Experience & Support team to design, implement, and manage programs that capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Voice of the Customer program
Analyze customer feedback data
Act as a customer advocate
Engage with stakeholders for actionable insights
Continuous improvement of VoC program

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
