You will be responsible for the support and developing automation solutions that enable our product teams to build and deploy code efficiently and consistently * Drive the discussion around developer workflow and delivery of changes. * Ensure that systems have reliability and availability appropriate for customer needs * Encourage tool adoption to help teams with their observability and automation needs * Mentor and coach other engineers in this role, driving a culture of learning and autonomy Candidates must sit near one of the local hubs for occasional onsite work: Dearborn, MI Allen Park, MI Ann Arbor, MI San Diego, CA Cary, NC Seattle, WA Sunrise, FL Palo Alto, CA Atlanta, GA Chicago, IL Austin, TX Compensation: $65/hr to $75/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
