Position summary:A client of Insight Global is implementing an updated Enterprise Resource Planning system. As a Workstream Lead –Record to Report you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert who is able to support the project manager and team in driving the project forward to complete deliverables and tasks. You will need to identify, track and escalate issues; facilitate project team members in problem solving, participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the organization.After the system implementation, the Workstream Lead will be responsible for supporting the business, providing training, and ensure the system is functioning as intended.Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:• Education: Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Production and Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field or equivalent work experience in multiple areas.• Experience: Seven years or more of progressively responsible related experience in distribution, manufacturing, materials, logistics and/or finance and operations management and analysis. Five or more years of experience in leading teams and working in a matrixed (project) environment.• Skill Set: Effective written and oral communications skills with the ability to work across the organization. Knowledge of information technology and integrated enterprise resource applications. Learn quickly. Problem solving/root cause analysis. Experience in Training and Presenting, Fluency in English. Spanish or Japanese communication skills a plus, but not requiredPrimary Position Responsibilities:• Collaborates with Project Manager and team to assign and achieve project goals within available resource plans, and organizes workloads and project assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff. In collaboration with Project Manager, reviews progress and directs changes as needed.• Knowledge and experience with enterprise systems, specializing in warehousing• Knowledge and experience with material flow and tracing• Ability to ask users about their processes and how they could be automated and improved• Ability to train end users of varied positions and levels of technical ability• Ability to lead and problem solve• Attention to detail and follow through• Ability and willingness to occasionally work outside of regular office hours• Understanding of how changes will impact the end user(s)• Ability to work independently within a matrixed organization / with vendors / an international environment• Ability to professionally handle multiple tasks / changing priorities• Excellent analytical skills / ability to make decisions based on data• Performs additional duties as assigned.• Travel to other TS Tech locations may be required, 25-50% of time.• Experience with enterprise systems, particularly with:• Timely & accurate processing, collection & reporting of all Finance & Accounting transactions: General Ledger, Consolidation: Accounts Payable & Receivable, Fixed Assets, Chart of accounts, Budgeting, Full absorption Costing of Products & Inventory, Legal & Tax
