Our mission as a Payroll team is to support our corporate and sales offices through exceptional service and communication. We strive to onboard our internals and consultants efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with labor and tax laws. This is an opportunity for you to join us and introduce you to a team environment where you are given continuous training, support, room for growth, and experiences to help take you to your next step at Insight Global.A Day In The Life• Responsible for being the Payroll Onboarding POC for specific offices• Responsible processing assigned offices ESFs (Employee Start Forms)• Working closely with the sales field to help with any onboarding paperwork issues for their contractors• Maintain email inbox and respond to questions and requests promptly• Maintain relationships with sales field• Answer phone calls with customer service in mind• Work on team projects and resolve cross-departmental issuesThis Job Is For You If:• You make people feel comfortable approaching you to share their thoughts, feelings, concerns, or needs• You are patient, level-headed, and cool under pressure• You have a passion for helping others• You enjoy problem solving and working in a team environmentRelevant Work Experience:• Customer service experience• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve• Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
