Remote - UX Design Lead

Insight Global is seeking a UX Lead for one of our clients who provides insurance-based solutions for catastrophe exposed areas. They are the leading provider of residential earthquake insurance. This role will be fully remote and require West Coast hours on occasion.As a UX Lead, you will help transform our clients digital experience by designing leading solutions for highly specialized risks. This role is expected to lead the user experience strategy, research, user study, design vision, and execution of the design deliverables and ensure that projects are completed on time and budget. This role reports to the Enterprise Solutions Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, developers, business analysts, and other project stakeholders, to ensure that each project is optimized for user experience, and execution of design work aligns with overall business and strategic goals.Addition responsibilities will include but not limit:- Partner with marketing to build / maintain and uniformly apply brand guidelines.- Lead comprehensive user experience and design strategy.- Responsible for bridging user experience design and digital product offerings to align with business goals and user needs.- Maintain a clear understanding of the business goals and user needs, identifying and articulating high-impact opportunities, while continuing to drive strategic and holistic design decisions.- Conduct usability testing to learn and guide the product development.- Translate user needs and business requirements into features and functionality for web experiences.- Develop process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies.- Develop best practices and processes to ensure consistently holistic and exceptional digital experiences for our internal and external customers. Mentor teams in User Experience thinking.- Contribute to thought leadership activities and work with team members to continuously set new standards for user experience activities and deliverables.- Able to analyze and present user / market research findings with actionable insights to stakeholders.- Analyze data collected via third party tools to analyze usage, usability, and apply those learnings to product development and enhancements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
