In this role, you'll dive into HR data, metrics, and compensation stats, turning numbers into actionable insights to help them shape workforce strategy. You'll also lead exciting projects that support the overall people needs of the organization. If you're ready to make a real impact and have some fun along the way, we want to hear from you!Duties/Responsibilities:•Gather and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including our human resource information system (HRIS), payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and more.•Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns, focusing on recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.•Prepare and present insightful reports of data results to senior leadership, making the numbers come to life.•Identify and recommend short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.•Based on metrics and analysis, suggest policies and activities to enhance our organizational culture. Help us attract and hire top talent, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and stay compliant with legal requirements.•Manage HR projects, including benchmarking HR programs against market practices, implementing new HR programs, and redesigning existing ones.•Conduct or assist with classification audits to ensure jobs are correctly classified as exempt or nonexempt.•Support HR leadership with projects, compensation studies, reporting, and general data analysis.•Guide and/or assist with performance, merit, survey, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
