This individual is responsible for understanding and analyzing the client’s workforce management needs, designing, and implementing tailored UKG solutions to optimize time and attendance, scheduling, and labor management processes. They provide expert consultation on best practices, ensuring the effective use of the solutions, and offer comprehensive training and support to end-users. Additionally, they manage technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful and timely project delivery. Their role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing sector.• **Compensation: $30-35/hr!Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
