The Sales Function works with a diverse range of customers, everything from start-ups to the most well-known global corporations. We work closely with our customers to develop a clear understanding of their business context, their needs, and how our range of products can support their business objectives. Through this partnership and relationship approach, the Sales team perform at a high level and are fundamental to the ongoing growth and success of Insights.
We've created a new role as Sales Manager for Customer Acquisition and Growth to develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive growth in the learning and development B2B marketplace.
You'll recruit your own sales team who will be hunting for new business opportunities across the US. You'll have the opportunity to shape the whole vision with the support of senior sales colleagues across the business. You'll be responsible for directing and scaling them, defining and optimizing sales processes and driving demand generation initiatives with marketing.
You'll be rewarded with a competitive basic salary + bonus and ideally you'll be based around Texas as we have an office in Austin.
