Job Description

If you’ve answered yes to the above, you should consider applying for the Associate, Planning and Measurement position at Inspira. 

Based in our Norwalk, CT Headquarters, the Associate plays a fundamental role in supporting the Account and Creative teams with data and insights that help guide idea-generation and decision-making for our clients. A strong candidate will have an interest in not only providing business performance updates, but also in helping guide creative problem solving.  

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the account and database teams to turn data into creative, business decision driving insights
  • Provide support for program and client-facing reporting, including user generated data, sales and spend data, Social Listening tools, and syndicated reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve business performance for all stakeholders
  • Speak to methodologies and best practices 
  • Manipulate and analyze data sets from multiple sources
  • Manage, update, and troubleshoot various data portals and tools

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience analyzing data or consumer insights
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
  • Ability to travel one week per quarter
  • Communication skills and ability to interpret data with a business lens
  • Resourcefulness and a passion for problem solving
  • Capability to work well both cross-functionally and independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with attention to detail
  • Strong willingness to learn and a penchant for numbers; we’re willing to train the right candidate
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $55,000.00-$65,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
