About ICG
ICG is a global holding company focused on buying & building digital properties that power frictionless online shopping experiences.
Our portfolio includes leading affiliate marketing platforms like Stylight and MyBestBrands. Retailers and e-commerce brands typically allocate ad spend across numerous channels, with Meta and Google dominating the landscape. ICG aims to disrupt this space by acquiring and then growing smaller, higher-potential platforms, offering retailers a powerful alternative for growth.
As the fastest-growing performance marketing network across Europe and the US, we drive over $250 million in annual sales for more than 3,000 merchants. ICG has 15 owned-and-operated properties spanning 15 markets in 7 languages, and we are redefining how brands connect with high-intent shoppers worldwide.
About this Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager (B2B Integrations) to take ownership of our technical integrations with B2B customers. We process 20+ million products across over 3,000 B2B customers — you will help to ensure that we are receiving, processing, normalizing, tagging and utilizing this data in the most efficient and effective ways possible across the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal tooling.
In this role, you’ll lead a small team of Software Engineers and own your roadmap, backlog, and KPIs, ensuring the product vision aligns with our business goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you’ll have the autonomy to experiment, learn fast, and iterate. There will be a user-facing aspect to this role, helping partners to implement integrations and troubleshoot issues.
What You’ll Do
Optimize and Manage Merchant Feeds: Take ownership of merchant feeds received from our partners, ensuring that product data is processed, tagged, and utilized effectively across our platforms. You’ll work on improving data accuracy and efficiency (e.g. does the data we surface match the merchant site), focusing on taxonomy, grouping, and enhancing the overall structure.
Improve Data Quality and Consistency: Lead initiatives to enhance data tagging, taxonomy alignment, and product grouping processes. You’ll identify opportunities to streamline and automate these processes, ensuring that our product data is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date with the merchant site.
Improve Internal Tools for Data Optimization: Collaborate with your team to maintain and improve internal tools that support the processing and enrichment of merchant feeds. You’ll work to ensure these tools are efficient, effective, and capable of scaling with business needs.
Prioritize Data-Driven Projects: Own the roadmap and backlog for data optimization projects. You’ll collaborate with engineers to prioritize enhancements, size opportunities, and implement improvements that maximize the value and accuracy of our product data.
About You
B2B Tech Integrations: you have experience working on APIs and B2B Technical Integrations, either as a Product Owner/Manager or Technical Program Manager.
Technical Understanding: you’re comfortable owning and grooming a backlog, and you know how to lead Engineers through sprint cycles with clear priorities. You don’t need to be able to code yourself, but should be able to help size & prioritize opportunities and diagnose problems.
Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to be done and take accountability, even for tasks that aren’t officially “yours.”
Startup Environment: You enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic environment where things move fast and processes evolve quickly. You are okay with some things being very structured, and others being a little loose.
You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating primarily in English with team members around the world.
What We Can Offer You…
An opportunity to learn and grow more than you have in any of your previous roles! We are scaling quickly, and there's an incredible amount of work to be done on all fronts. We are a lean, scrappy team where everyone wears multiple hats and works closely together. You'll be able to work on projects and initiatives that interest you and expand your scope.
A flexible, remote/hybrid environment where you’ll have a lot of freedom and flexibility. We hire adults and treat them like adults.
30 days of vacation per year, and the chance to work occasionally from our office in Split
The chance to have a meaningful impact on a business and see the results of your work.
What we can't offer you...
Perfect Work/Life Balance. Startups can be unpredictable — while we aim for balance, there will be times when evenings or weekends are necessary to keep things moving. We encourage you to manage your schedule and find ways to create balance that works for you.
A ton of people and resources. We operate lean and invest thoughtfully. This means you’ll need to get creative and wear multiple hats to get the job done — and we’re still figuring things out as we grow.
Our Process:
Applications: we’ll review your application within 72 hours, and you’ll hear from us no matter what. We’re committed to transparency — if we need more time to decide, we’ll let you know. No ghosting.
Interviews: you’ll meet with Brett first, followed by interviews with Corah (Director of Product, Hiring Manager) and 2-3 other team members. Our conversations will be a mix of behavioural questions, deep dives into your experience, and plenty of time for you to ask questions. Each session will last 30-60 minutes over Google Meet.
Case Study: we’ll give you a real-world case study (compensated) to see how you think and solve problems. Afterward, we’ll have a working session to simulate what collaboration feels like at ICG.
Offer: this is the fun part — we'll make an offer, and start getting ready for you to join us!
If you have any questions throughout the process, feel free to reach out to Brett. Thank you, and hopefully we talk soon!
