Cohere Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a squad within our Clinical Ops Product team. The ideal candidate will innovate with customer empathy and drive efficiency in clinical workflows at scale.

Skills

Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in care management or digital health
Ability to synthesize complex insights and run experiments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy for leveraging technology in Nurse and Medical Director workflows
Collaborate with internal clinicians to pilot new interventions for higher value care
