Installer Recruiter

Feldco, the Midwest's leading home renewal company, and repeated Top Workplace honoree in Chicago, is looking for a select few driven individuals to join our ranks as an Installer Recruiting Specialist.

The Installer Recruiting Specialist plays a very important role in delighting our customers by identifying quality installation teams in our 11 markets throughout the Midwest. These crews will be responsible for installing the windows, siding, entry doors and roofing that our customers contract Feldco to complete, and it is up to the specialists to actively communicate and engage those groups to walk them through our on-boarding process.

This is an entry-level position that will work out of our HQ, located in Des Plaines, IL.

Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm

We are looking for an individual who is out-going, and equal parts detailed-oriented and well-organized. Having a go-getter attitude is also helpful as the individual will be in some way responsible for their assigned markets’ installer needs. Person should be comfortable speaking with individuals they’re calling for the first time and able to host an event as needed.

All necessary training will be given to the individual. No prior experience with the home remodeling industry is needed but beneficial to understanding the construction process.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Polish is very helpful in this role, but not required.
