The componentry would need to be built using Google approved technology and work within the Wagtail CMS.In addition, we need a Technical Director to act in an advisory role within our long-term partnership with a global enterprise client, where we are supporting a Consistency Vision effecting increased consistency across key products and areas within the client's organization. Alongside the production, strategy, and design disciplines, this Technical Director will advise a team of UX, product, and vision strategists to identify high impact patterns, establish a UX vision, and create asset consistency across a prioritized set of tools.The Technical Director in this role will participate in governance reviews with technical client stakeholders to promote tool reuse, normalize experiences, and align to existing standards. This client-facing role will include contribution to the craft and presentation of executive reviews.Must have Google infrastructure, Wagtail, and Contentful experienceTarget Start Date: ASAPTentative End Date: 9/27/2024Hours: 20 - 40 hours/weekWhat You Bring• Familiar with Google technical infrastructure and requirements• Experience with Wagtail implementations• Has a growth mindset and communicates clearly, respectfully, and effectively• A bias towards action• Solutions oriented and account-minded, finding creative solutions within limited resources• Creates visuals and clear documentation to express thinking and perspectivePay Range• The expected pay range for this role is $122-$144 per hour (on a 1099), but will depend on the level in which you are engaged• Our company has three regional pay bands that it adheres to depending on your location, we reference them as US 1, US 2, and US 3.• US 3 is our base pay. Examples of cities in US 3 are Portland, Houston and Miami.• US 2 pay is 7.5% higher than US 3 to meet the market rates. Examples of cities in US 2 are Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle.• US 1 pay is 15% higher than US 3 to meet market rates.
